Mozart 360: Gloria
'Gloria' is the first in a series of three VR movements that comprise Mozart's Coronation Mass. The experience is sensory - an immersion into the sound itself. Filmed in long-takes in a masterpiece of Flamboyant Gothic, the Cathédrale de Saint-Omer, 'Mozart 360' is an almost physical encounter with Mozart's work.
Like museum audio-guides, the user is accompanied throughout his or her journey. The text captions will direct the user's attention to a particular musician or compositional process, thereby offering technical insights into the music itself.
