Post Production Supervisor 

We are looking for a Post Production Supervisor to join Within! Our group is a fast-moving team comprised of visual designers, product engineers, and content creators. The right candidate will be a talented manager, communicator, and collaborator who is passionate about creating leading VR experiences.

What you’ll do: 

As Post Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the post production pipeline for mixed-reality and daily stereoscopic content for a new, unannounced VR project. This role reports to the Head of Studio.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a complex post production pipeline for all stereoscopic and mixed reality content from ingestion to launch
  • Manage a growing team of video editors and foster their skills and development
  • Deliver world-class content on a daily release cadence
  • Oversee post process, delivery, and archival of video content while adhering to a strict release schedule
  • Collaborate with Head of Studio to constantly increase the efficiency of our post production workflows

What you’ll need to be successful: 

  • Proficient with both macOS & Windows 10
  • Ability to manage a team of creative people in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • 5+ years of post production experience
  • 1+ years of VR pipeline experience
  • Experience with stereoscopic footage
  • Extensive experience in the Adobe Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Extensive asset management experience
  • Project Management software experience (Wrike, Jira, etc.)
  • Shot Tracking software experience (Frame.io, Shotgun, etc.)
  • An eye for color-correction and experience in DaVinci Resolve
  • An understanding of VFX compositing methods
  • Familiarity with FTP/SFTP protocols
  • Experience thriving in a startup environment

Bonus points for:

  • VFX compositing experience (Nuke, Flame, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
